Our host hotel this year is the DOUBLETREE HOTEL DOWNTOWN San Antonio.

The DOUBLETREE offers contemporary, moderately priced & comfortable accommodations for our group. The special guest room rates apply 2 days before and 2 days after the dates of the seminar to accommodate those who wish to come early or stay later. More hotel information on back of brochure.

Room Rates for the 2012 Seminar are $119 Plus Taxes per night for either single or double occupancy. You will book your room directly with the hotel. You must make your room reservations by Sunday, April 1, 2012.

SEMINAR fee includes 3 lunches, two dinners and the annual banquet, breaks, receptions, entrance fees to museums & outside venues, speakers’ expenses, educational and facility services, and subsequent publication.

Seminar Fee:  The fee for the 2012 Seminar is $495.00 per person.
